The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, which made it easy to get to and from. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Ms. Rushpalatha who provided excellent customer service. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable which was great after a long day of exploring the city.
There were a few things that could be improved. The parking situation was a bit of a hassle, with some of the attendants seeming unprofessional or even scammy. Additionally, there was no clear information or assistance provided for transportation, making it difficult to get around the city. it was a decent experience, but there are definitely areas where the hotel could make some improvements.
